The Voice Behind the Vessel

His path began in retail sales before moving into a support role in medical research—where questions often mattered more than answers. That curiosity led him to study history, earning two degrees before devoting himself to counseling, where he spent his career listening to stories shaped by pain, hope, and longing.

After retiring, he turned to photographic art and fiction, crafting images and tales that echo the mythic and the deeply human. His visual work, steeped in mood and atmosphere, informs the emotional texture of his writing. Waking in Sheol opens a world where magic lingers in forgotten corners, and emotions speak louder than spells.

 

Through Social Fantasy, he explores how ordinary lives become mythic when wounds are named and communities restored.
