To: Teyr of Mistdale
Having discovered a postal system in place in the Manos communities, I decided that I could send you dispatches at times. Please consider this the first of such dispatches.
I am somewhat confused regarding your role as recipient of this dispatch. As the Madam Chief of the Manos, you deserve my reports of the progress of the quest you assigned to me; as my step-mother, you would probably welcome news of both my and Asta’s safety in our absence.
Following meeting with you, I spent time getting to know Dacil Rhael. I admit I may have been wrong to oppose him as a member of my team. He is working with Asta currently and I will leave him in her capable hands.
Our plans at this time are to leave Mistdale within a fortnight. Nathan’s team is slated to leave a day or two before my team begins its sojourn to Edhearn via Hadon. Our stop in Hadon is personal for both Kendra and I. We will sail from Edhearn to Cholas to attempt to find new documents to help me find the remaining relic.
Beyond that, I am unsure of how my quest will progress.
I will keep you informed of my progress whenever I am near a Manos settlement.
